Abstract:
The aim of this research is to compare the existing Diffie Hellman Algorithm and the proposed, Advancement in Diffie Hellman Algorithm. The Diffie Hellman algorithm is used to generate a secret key for secure transactions and communication at organizations. In Advanced Diffie Hellman Algorithm, we apply certain mathematical algorithms at both the ends, that is, sender and receiver, in order to make the communication more secure. Thus, the information sent from one end to the other would be in encrypted form, making it difficult to decipher.

Abstract:
Electricity markets all over the world are moving towards greater reliance on competition and this has become a global trend as a method of best practice. However, before competition is introduced in electricity markets it is imperative to model and assess the behavior of the market. The assessment includes calculating the market performance indices to determine the levels of market power exploitation by the Generating Companies (GenCos) that will participate in the market. This paper presents a study on modeling and analysis of wholesale competitive electricity market for a developing country to help regulators assess and predict market behaviour. It involves modeling and simulation of the Zambian power system network in Agent-Based Modeling of Electricity Systems (AMES) using real system data to pick out critical information that enables us to assess the status of the market. The results indicate that market power exploitation is prevalent for the two largest GenCos assessed.

Abstract:
A primary screening of antitumor substances was carried out among strains of actinomycetes isolated from the samples of natural substrates of arid zones in the Ile-Balkhash region. Antitumor properties of actinomycetes against Staphylococcus aureus209Р(S. aureus 209P) and its mutants UF-2 and UF-3 were studied using the agar block technique. The diameter of growth inhibition zone was measured after incubation of the test microorganisms at a temperature of 37 °C for 24 hours. 16 strains of actinomycetes (10,2%) from sandy soils and from the plant rhizosphere of the Kapshagai area virtually having no effect or only slightly affecting the growth of wild-type culture.22 strains of actinomycetes (14,0%) from takyrs and takyr-like soils of the Balkhash area had an activity against staphylococcal mutants two or more times higher than against the stock staphylococcal strain. This strains may be the potential producers of antitumor antibiotics. It was established that 24.2% of the strains of actinomycetes may be potential producers of antitumor antibiotics.

Abstract:
As the technology is fast changing, there is more and more use of machine intelligence in modern motor controllers. These controllers are employed in advanced electric motor drives in particular, the present day Induction motor drives. These systems emulate the human logic. This is particularly useful when the application has poorly defined mathematical model. In this present paper the analysis of fuzzy logic as the artificial intelligence is used. The comparative study of Fuzzy PI, Fuzzy MRAC is made. There is always a compromise of the cost and complexity. So this paper presents a new approach and its dynamic response in comparison to the Fuzzy PI and Fuzzy MRAC. The proposed controller is Fuzzy PI with scaling factors. This approach is validated with the Speed, torque responses of Indirect vector controlled Induction motor (IVCIM) drive.

Abstract:
Power quality determines the fitness of electric power to consumer devices. Synchronization of the voltage frequency and phase allows electrical systems to function in their intended manner without significant loss of performance or life. The term is used to describe electric power that drives an electrical load and the load's ability to function properly. Without the proper power, an electrical device (or load) may malfunction, fail prematurely or not operate at all. There are many ways in which electric power can be of poor quality and many more causes of such poor quality power.

Abstract:
Indonesia as an archipelago country has a very long coastline about 90.000 kms. Specifically for shore and offshore, there are many buildings utilizing structures including floating deck, mooring dolphin, offshore platforms etc. Those requires a solution to maintain the stability of the structures due to the vertical movement of tides and horizontal movement of currents, wind and waves. To maintain the stability due to buoyant force, structure of anchors are needed. Various types of the anchor have been widely used such as drag, helical, anchor plate circular shape and square. This study aims to do the development of new modifications of a plate anchor type star with 4 leaves with an area of a fixed and diameter equivalent different on any variations. Ultimate pullout capacity was obtained by using numerical geomechanics analysis within finite difference method. A perfectly plastic soil model was used with a tresca yield criterion. Results are presented including break-out factors based on various anchor shapes and embedment depth. Our findings are also compared with previous numerical and empirical solutions.

Abstract:
Ten diverse genotypes of rice (Oryza sativa L.) were crossed in a diallel fashion to study variability , heritability and genetic advance for 12 quantitative characters . A considerable amount of variability (gcv) varied from 5.95 for no. of leaves per tiller to 17.40 for grain yield per plant and the estimates of pcv varied from 7.08 for days to 50% flowering to 17.49 for grain yield per plant. The heritability estimates ranged from 0.721 for total biological yield per plant to 1.000 for plant height . Since the heritability in broad sense was estimated , therefore . other parameters should also be considered for selecting the genotypes. The genetic advance varied from 0.71 for no. of leaves per tiller to 46.23 for no. of spikelets per panicle. High estimates of genetic advance was reported for plant height , days to maturity , days to 50% flowering and total biological yield per plant . However, high heritability estimates was associated with high predicted genetic advance for plant height , days to maturity ,days to 50% flowering and no. of spikelets per panicle. The situation is encouraging since selection based on these characters being of additive in nature , is likely to be more effective for their improvement. As such phenotypic selection for those traits is likely to be more effective for their improvement. The estimates of phenotypic coefficient of variation were higher than those of genotypic coefficient of variation for all the traits except plant height. High estimates of heritability and genetic advance were obtained for plant height , number of spikelets per panicle , days to 50 per cent flowering and days to maturity . These traits were mostly governed by additive gene action. And these characters are important for the breeder to construct selection indices.

Abstract:
Prior research on the occupational incidents show that job-related accidents are majorly caused by two types of failures: a) active failures (technical and human errors), they directly affect the occurrences and totally happen in the beginning of work, b) latent failures, though hold unseen and steady for a long while in the system, they are rooted in the decisions of top-ranking officials. Tripod-DELTA is a tool that exposes latent failures. It classifies all possible latent failures in to 11 GFTs. By analyzing an operation using the GFTs, DELTA assesses where the most problematic areas of an operation are. The process of action itemizing DELTA facilitates the removal of latent failures.

Abstract:
This paper has two objectives: the first is to show that the annual runoff of rivers such as Conchos and Nazas (Mexico), follow the Pareto rule of 80:20 when classes are ordered from largest to less, and can be compared with cascade processes. The second objective is to show that cascade process produce the core which gives rise to fractional integral and therefore to differential equations of fractional order. Finally, we conclude that the Pareto rule is a first approach to saturation described by the complementary characteristic function, and runoff data provide the order of the temporal derivative. Therefore, cascade processes are manifested ubiquitously in nature, and show us a way to evolve towards the imbalanced and become in distribution mechanisms that turn into a transition that destroys old and build new correlations.

Abstract:
One of the primary functions of construction equipment management is to calculate the production rate of equipment which will be a major input to the processes of time estimates, cost estimates and the overall project planning. Accordingly, it is crucial to stakeholders to be able to compute equipment production rates. This may be achieved using an accurate, reliable and easy tool. The objective of this research is to provide a simple model that can be used by specialists to predict the duration of a proposed Continuous Flight Auger job. The model was obtained using a prioritizing technique based on expert judgment then using multi-regression analysis based on a representative sample. The model was then validated on a selected sample of projects. The average error of the model was calculated to be about (3%-6%).

Abstract:
Wind power stations mostly placed in remote areas; so they are characterized by weak grids and are often submitted to power system disturbance like faults, voltage sag etc. In this paper the crowbar protection method is used to ride through voltage sags and STATCOM is used to quickly sense the voltage sag and overcome it. The behavior of these machines during grid failure is an important issue. DFIG consists of a common induction generator with slip ring and a partial scale power electronic converter. Indirect field oriented controller is applied to rotor side converter for active power control and voltage regulation of wind turbine. On grid side PQ control scheme is applied. Wind turbine and its control units are described in details and also for STATCOM control. All power system components are simulated in MATLAB/ SIMULINK software. For studying the performance of controller, different abnormal conditions are applied even the worst case. Simulation results prove that the performance of STATCOM and DFIG control schemes as improving power quality and stability of wind turbine.

Abstract:
As technology advances, a system on chip (SOC) design can contain more and more components that lead to a
high power density. Now-a-days in IC's, the power consumed by clocking gradually takes a dominant part. .
Power, Area, Performance has become a main issue in VLSI design. In previous designs they have performed a
co-ordinate transformation to identify the flip-flops that can be merged and their legal regions. A combinational
table is formed by that flip-flops. Finally they used hierarchical way to merge the flip-flops. Due to this design
the power consumption can be reduced by replacing some flip-flops by fewer multi-bit flip-flops. We have
proposed an single phase adiabatic clock in for further reduction of the power. In our design also first we will
identify the mergeable flip-flops, build a combinational table from mergeable flip-flops and all the flip-flops are
divided into sub regions to check whether they are working properly or not and finally these flip-flops are
combined together, at this point we are giving an single phase adiabatic clock as input to those flip-flops for the
reduction of power consumption and timing.
