Abstract:
It is commonly known fact that the differently abled are not provided with proper education and educational tools because of the lack of proper infrastructure or equipment to help them. Throughout the years, various technologies have been developed that can be used to teach differently abled students computer programming. But none of these specifically target the visually challenged student or have certain drawbacks that do not enable easy learning and usage. Audio Language Programming was introduced to help the visually impaired grasp algorithmic thinking and problem solving. But there is no concentration on code writing because the main objective of ALP is to learn programming concepts rather than syntax. Tools that aim to help the visually impaired students to code must do so without costly equipment or extreme changes to existing systems. It should be a software solution.....

Abstract:
Cloud gaming is a new way to play games. It can run any computer game virtually, no matter system requirements, to be played on almost any local machine with internet access. Its done by servers that do all the graphic intensive computations normally done on a local machine, whether a game console or gaming computer, and sending the visual game footage to a client. Its done by servers that do all the graphic intensive computations normally done on a local machine, whether a game console or gaming computer, and sending the visual game frames to a client software. Client software is merely liable for displaying the received frames and subsequently sending back to the server the user commands. A system like this has the potential to scale back costs for consumers and expand the individuals.....

Abstract:
In this paper, we conduct enhancing detection probability using Cognitive radio technology and focus on the current significant research progress in the full spectrum sharing towards the four scenarios. Currently, the radio-frequency spectrum is assigned and categorized between licensed and unlicensed frequencies, due torigid regulatory policy, some frequency bands are increasing in deficiency, while large portions of the whole radio-frequency spectrum remain unused independently of time and area .Cognitive Radio is a current network example that enables a more flexible and effectiveutilization of the radio spectrum. Mostly, it is intended to let on wireless devices to opportunistically access region of the whole radio spectrum without inducing any adverse interference to....

Abstract:
It is seen that reinforced concrete (RC) frame buildings are commonly found constructions in urban India, on which several types of forces are subjected during their lifetime, such as static forces due to dead and live loads and dynamic forces due to the wind and earthquake. It has been confirmed from different studies that unlike static forces, direction and locations of dynamic forces, amplitude, especially the earthquakes, vary significantly with time, which cause considerable inertia effects on the buildings. Under dynamic forces behaviour of buildings depends on the dynamic characteristics of buildings which are controlled by both their stiffness and mass properties of the buildings, whereas the static behaviour is solely dependent upon the stiffness characteristics. Hence buildings performance largely dependents on the deformability and strength of constituent members, additionally, linked to members internal design forces. The internal design forces in turn depend upon the accuracy of the method employed in their analytical determination..

Abstract:
It was noted that the problem of optimization gained tremendous attention from many researchers and offered better ways to solve real-life problems. Actually, the firefly algorithm (FA), which is meta-heuristic swarm intelligence (SI). It is similar to optimizing ant colony, optimizing bacterial foraging, bee-inspired algorithm, optimizing fish swarm and many others. It is based on a firefly's reaction to the light of other fireflies, the gene exchange of firefly, its pheromone and the effect that wind has on the dispersion of pheromones. In this way, they collected and examined scientific documents from respected publishers; among others, Elsevier, Springer. This analysis focuses on recent performances by firefly; taking into account its brief biological past, initial algorithm. A description, Authors ' review, variants, essence of optimization, and taxonomy were also provided. The firefly algorithm, also discovered, is a modern, nature-inspired algorithm worthy of solving complex optimization problems where other techniques failed or did not perform or did not find suitable. The examination may be extended to both inexperienced and expert practitioners for reference purposes.

Abstract:
The primary purpose of this research is to develop a model to predict the optimum maintenance strategy, which will lead to high production and better line efficiency. This research shows some expert opinions about criterions that usually used in the food industry to select maintenance strategies. A survey was statistical analyzed to give each criterion a weight of importance to choose a maintenance strategy for any machine then Fuzzy Logic used to build a model to predict the optimum strategy. Sixcriterions were used and ranked; cost, historical data, add value, feasibility, safety, and equipment status. All criteria were found to have a similar level of importance and the most important one was found to be historical data at 18.8% of the total of the six criteria and the lowest one was feasibility with 12.8% of the total. These...

Abstract:
The process of translating speech-to-speech denotes the conversion of speech signals specifically from the original source language into a distinctive speech signal-bearing identical meaning or resolve into the target language. To achieve such, there is a need to adopt coordinated cooperation of the separate Human Language Technology components. In particular, the most significant elements in a speech translation system encompass the automatic speech recognition, machine translation as well as text to speech. With this understanding, the current paper explores the design as well as architectural building blocks linked to the "Translator" speech-to-speech translation system. In addition, the current paper explores their interactions with each other to ease speech-to-speech translation in terms of reliability, scalability, and potentially distribution.

Abstract:
Measurements of the Air Quality using a set of inexpensive electrochemical sensors is considered. The sensors
measure all pollutants prescribed by US Environmental Protection Agency for calculation of the Air Quality Index
(AQI). The sensors are placed at the street level and connected to a central server through the Internet of Things.
Alongside pollution measurements, traffic density measurements next to the sensor location are performed as well.
A mathematical model that relates traffic density and AQI is developed. The model shows that some gaseous
pollutants have a very strong correlation with the traffic density. Overall, AQI and traffic density show significant
correlation.

Abstract:
The effect of gravity modulation, thermo-mechanical anisotropies, inverse Darcy number and Brinkman number
is studied on heat transport. The amplitude equation is obtained in the form of Ginzburg-Landau model. It is
observed that the gravity modulation , inverse Darcy number and Brinkman number is to reduce the heat
transfer whereas the thermo-mechanical anisotropies show opposite effect on heat transfer
